Mark was one of the original founders of the Incrementum Group, the parent company for Customore. He has provided the strategic direction in the creation of Customore and our ever expanding marketing platforms. Mark’s hands-on, innovative approach makes our clients and employees appreciate his commitment to their businesses.
Prior to starting Incrementum, Mark was the Vice President of Business Development for MVP.com where he developed new revenue channels for the largest Internet Sporting Goods retailer. Mark was also a founding member of BigEdge.com, an e-commerce retailer purchased by MVP.com.
Mark also spent 10 years in Management Consulting with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in the Global Retail Practice where he helped clients develop and implement effective merchandising and advertising strategies.
Patrick Duffy, President of Customore
and The Incrementum Group

Patrick co-founded Incrementum in 2002. He is responsible for sales strategy and management for Customore. Patrick joined Customore after more than 15 years of start-up sales and marketing experience. He has been directly involved with the introduction of new products and services for numerous start-up and established companies. Patrick’s sales and marketing experience helps drive the innovative thought leadership for the company.
Prior to starting Incrementum, Patrick served as a Director of VIA Medical Corporation, a medical device start-up based in San Diego. Patrick was responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing strategies for the cardiovascular surgery and neonatal intensive care markets. He started his distinguished career with Baxter Healthcare. While serving as Director of Global Business Development at Baxter, Patrick led teams to identify evaluate and implement new business acquisitions. This role, based in London, involved technology acquisitions in Europe and Japan as well as the development of strategic alliances.
Patrick holds an MBA degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an BS degree from The University of Delaware.
Aaron Elmore, Chief Information Officer, Customore

Aaron was one of the original thought leaders for the Customore Dashboard. He set the direction for the technical architecture and systems requirements to make sure our marketing platform meets our business requirements. Experienced with the challenges and opportunities of enterprise e-commerce systems, Aaron is an innovator and expert in designing scalable Internet systems that deliver dynamic solutions for today's dynamic market.
Prior to starting Customore, Aaron has worked with some of the largest e-commerce and data synchronization companies in the country. He has consulted and developed information systems for a wide variety of small business throughout the Chicago land area.
It is Aaron's thirst for knowledge which makes our marketing platform and technologies unique. Along with currently pursuing his Masters in Computer Science at the prestigious University of Chicago, he works on a research project with one of the school's research institution. Aaron has a Bachelors of Science from DePaul University in Electronic Commerce Technologies.
