Keep Questions Simple
We conduct online surveys for clients asking for feedback from their customers on how they are doing. Our normal survey can be as simple as 1 question and does not exceed 5-6 questions to keep the process simple for the consumer. We find that anything longer can be perceived as an inconvenience.
Make Results Actionable
Too many times businesses ask general questions which do not give them information to act upon. Our interactive questionnaires can prompt a user for feedback based upon how they answer questions. For instance if someone gives a negative response on a questionnaire, we can ask them why they feel that way.
Focus on the Outliers
We recommend you focus on customers who give you great feedback or a conversely bad response. For the people who give you excellent feedback, this is an opportunity to increase your referral base by asking if they know anyone who can benefit from your goods or services. If you get a negative response, this could be a call to action for you to address an issue with your business.
